Enterprise MES for Switchgear Manufacturing

Led end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for a major switchgear manufacturing client in Dammam, covering 10+ functional modules, Oracle ERP integration, multi-role dashboards, QC inspection workflows, and material traceability via QR codes.

Personally involved in client requirement-gathering sessions with WESCOSA's QA, Production, and IT teams, translating operational workflows into technical specifications, a Business Requirement Document (BRD), and full solution design across 10+ functional modules including Work Order Management, QC Inspection Planning, PRIF workflows, Dispatch, and Warranty Management.

Coordinated with the development team to implement a React.js frontend (Mantine, Chart.js, ApexChart) backed by a Spring API and MariaDB database, delivering role-based access control, real-time production dashboards, QR-code-based material traceability, and automated email and push notifications for critical workflow events.

Supported Oracle ERP integration design, enabling automated Work Order and Sales Order data sync between the MES and WESCOSA's Oracle system, reducing manual data entry and improving production visibility.
