Multi-Role Clinic Management, Web & Mobile

Architected and developed a separate dental clinic management system (sinn-app.com) as an internal client project — React.js, NestJS, MongoDB, and Flutter, supporting 4 user roles with WebSocket-based real-time features.

Built a production-grade multi-role system for patients, doctors, assistants, and admins, covering appointment scheduling, patient records, and clinic operations across both web and mobile.

Implemented WebSocket-based live chat and real-time appointment notifications, reducing scheduling conflicts by 45% and improving day-to-day communication between staff and patients.

Built NestJS microservices with Redis caching to keep API responses fast even as usage scaled, and set up zero-downtime CI/CD with GitHub Actions so releases never disrupted the live clinic.
